Sparked by a high-powered offense, the City College Rams beat-down the Chabot Gladiators 38-14 on Nov, 5 at George M. Rush Stadium.

Following a return to the game after a year’s layoff due to the pandemic and a four-game winning streak, the men’s Rams soccer team suffered their second loss of the young season on Sept. 27 with a 5-1 defeat to the Cabrillo Seahawks on the City College Soccer Stadium.
The Rams’ next game will be at San Joaquin Delta on Oct. 15, 1 p.m., giving the side ample time to prepare for what will now be an uphill battle in the conference championship.

Estrada got a chance to try out for Guatemala’s national team in early December and was invited back to play for the squad. “I just felt accomplished. I had set a goal for myself and you know that feeling when you achieve a goal, it just felt really good,” Estrada said. “I think just being able to go and represent my dad’s small town from Guatemala…I just know how proud I would make him myself and like everyone in that town.”
The Rams completed their near-perfect season with a decisive 25-point lead, defeating the only team to beat them this season with a final score of 91-66.
