Balboa Reservoir Project’s Appeal Was Rejected Unanimously by the Board of Supervisors.
The city’s Board of Supervisor unanimously said “nay” to the appeal of final environmental impact report certification of the Balboa Reservoir Project in their Aug. 11 board meeting, despite dozens of callers asking them to accept the appeal.
