While teaching a subject such as math or English may be easier implemented as an online course program, it may not be quite as simple to convert a course such as music. While certain courses were expected to begin in-person this semester, the Omicron variant has halted once again the re-opening of City College.

The City College Board of Trustees approved a vaccine mandate Thursday, August 12, which will require students, faculty, staff, and visitors to be vaccinated by Oct. 1, 2021 at the latest.
